Beaufort Symphony Orchestra October 2021 concert

Beaufort Symphony Orchestra News   /   Sep 24th, 2021   /   0 COMMENTS   /  A+ | a-

Dear Music Lovers and Supporters,

On October 10, 2021, the Beaufort Symphony Orchestra begins its 2021-2022 Season with an all-Beethoven program in recognition of the 250th birthday of Ludwig van Beethoven (1770 to 1827). The program will include the Beethoven Symphony No. 6 in F major, Op. 68, and the Beethoven Coriolan Overture, Op. 62.

In addition, piano soloist Susan Merdinger will perform the Beethoven Piano Concerto No. 5 in E♭ major, Op. 73, also known as the “Emperor Concerto.” If audience members wish to hear performances by Ms. Merdinger before the BSO concert, she maintains a YouTube site in which she archives her recordings of Beethoven.

Help us kick off the 2021-2022 Season by donating to the Beaufort Symphony Orchestra.

Sincerely,

BSO Board and Musicians
