Dear Music Lovers and Supporters,

Wasn’t the Beaufort Symphony Orchestra’s “Holiday Celebration” concert on Saturday wonderful! What a great way to open December and begin the Holiday Season! Thank you all for attending and celebrating the Holidays with us!

We are looking for corporate sponsors to assist with funding concerts. If you work for a company that would be willing to sponsor a concert or know of such a firm, please reach out to Greta Sandberg at President@beaufortorchestra.org with contact information. While we were excited to have such a full house at the 3 PM performance Saturday, remember ticket sales only cover 30% of our costs. Each concert costs approximately $25,000 just for the folks on stage! That represents almost 70% of our budget.

As 2023 comes to an end, please remember the Beaufort Symphony Orchestra in your year-end giving. Some of the ways that you can help include sponsoring:

• A musician for a year: musician for $2,000, section leader for $3,000 or concertmaster for $5,000.
• The maestro for $5,000.
• A guest solo artist for $2,500.
• A soiree event with guest soloist, maestro and/or BSO musician group for $1,000
• A Beaufort Symphony Youth Orchestra musician at a summer music camp for $500 or more.
