Dear Music Lovers and Supporters,

This week’s music offering is the Lady Gaga Hit Mix from the BSO’s first livestream concert on March 14, 2021, that was broadcast from the Carolina Ballroom at the Dataw Island Club.  The recording is on YouTube: BSO Strings perform Lady Gaga Hit Mix. The words and music are by Stefani Germanotta and co-workers and the arrangement is by Larry Moore. The song lineup is “Poker Face,” “Bad Romance” and “Just Dance.”



About the music, Maestro Fred Devyatkin writes, “Singer/songwriter Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta has us all tapping our toes to her hits. Better known as Lady Gaga, Germanotta went to school at New York University, before trying her hand at the professional music world. Enjoy the BSO’s rockin’ version from our Pandemic Performance.”

We are planning a second livestream performance of “Catchy Tunes & Memorable Melodies'' on Sunday afternoon, May 16, 2021. The Beaufort Symphony Orchestra home page has been updated with the livestream link to this upcoming concert.
